Rental Conditions

These conditions govern all vehicle rentals with Turbo Luxury Car Rental. By accepting delivery of a vehicle, the renter agrees to these terms in full. For any questions, our team is available 24/7 on 064-464-9944.

Eligibility

  • Minimum age: 21 years old (some vehicles require 25+)
  • Valid driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
  • International Driving Permit (IDP) required for foreign nationals
  • Original passport or Thai national ID required
  • Valid credit or debit card in the renter's name

Insurance

  • First-class insurance is included with every rental at no additional charge
  • Insurance covers the vehicle, third-party liability, and passengers
  • Renter is responsible for any excess/deductible in the event of an at-fault accident
  • Insurance is void in cases of DUI, unauthorised drivers, or off-road use (unless specified)
  • A full copy of the insurance policy is provided on request

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required at the start of the rental
  • Deposit amount varies by vehicle category (communicated at time of booking)
  • Deposit is returned within 3–5 business days of vehicle return in satisfactory condition
  • Turbo does not charge the deposit unless damage or policy breach occurs

Delivery & Collection

  • Free delivery to any address in Bangkok and surrounding areas
  • Nationwide delivery available — surcharge applies for distances over 100 km from Bangkok
  • Delivery time is confirmed at time of booking
  • Vehicles are delivered fully fuelled and must be returned with a full tank
  • Late return (over 2 hours) is charged at the daily rate pro-rated

Mileage

  • Standard daily allowance: 300 km per day
  • Excess mileage is charged at ฿40/km for standard vehicles
  • Excess mileage for supercars and ultra-luxury vehicles: ฿80–120/km (confirmed at booking)
  • Multi-day rentals accrue daily mileage allowances

Prohibited Uses

  • Sub-letting or lending the vehicle to any unauthorised driver
  • Use under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
  • Racing, speed trials, or track use
  • Off-road use (unless the vehicle is specifically booked as such)
  • Crossing international borders without prior written authorisation
  • Use for commercial transport of passengers (e.g. ride-hailing apps)

Damage & Accidents

  • Report all accidents, damage, or theft to Turbo immediately — 24/7 hotline: 064-464-9944
  • Do not move the vehicle from an accident scene without police documentation
  • Renter is responsible for costs not covered by insurance (deductible/excess)
  • Turbo arranges all repairs — renters must not authorise or pay for repairs independently
  • Vehicle damage assessment is conducted at return using photographs taken at delivery

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation more than 72 hours before rental: full refund of deposit
  • Cancellation 24–72 hours before rental: 50% of deposit retained
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before rental: deposit non-refundable
  • No-shows: deposit non-refundable and first day charged
  • Force majeure (natural disaster, border closures) assessed individually
